This is an adjustable foot strap for use with a hand ascender while climbing SRT. Simply girth hitch to your ascender or use a carabiner to attach to ascender. This adjusts from 43in to 60in for a very wide range of users. Has an ankle strap to keep from falling off your foot. Weighs less than 2oz and  packs super small. Has a safe working load of 500lb
